NEWCASTLE Falcons will open their Anglo-Welsh Cup account at Worcester Warriors. The Falcons will then face Harlequins at home, Cardiff Blues away and London Wasps at home, as they look to progress to the semi-finals.
Exact dates and times for the games are yet to be announced, but Falcons have stated a preference for 3pm Sunday slots for the two home matches against Harlequins and Wasps.
The newly-structured competition will see the 12 Guinness Premiership clubs and four Welsh regions play over four weekends, followed by the semi-finals and finals. Each team will be guaranteed two home and two away pool games, with the top teams from each pool qualifying for the knockout stages.
