FOLLOWING SEVERAL months of trials and late night training sessions, Billingham Junior Ice Hockey club are proud to announce that 10 players from their u13s squad have been selected to represent the Northern Conference team which is to compete in the annual inter conference Tournament to be held at Ice Sheffield from 26th to 19th May.
They will face teams representing Scotland, Midlands, South East and South West in what is a showcase of junior talent which can ulimately lead to national team recognition.
Several of the team were champions at last years Conference Finals at the U11 category and its testament to the Billingham clubs junior development strategy that they have now been selected at the higher age group.
