Crook Town, who drew a remarkable game 5-5 at Esh Winning on Boxing Day, have a tough test at home to league leaders Team Northumbria.
Keeper Marc Riches returns after injury, but striker Kyle Davis and midfielder Chris Wallace are both missing because of suspension. Striker Kevin Devine returns after serving a one match ban.
North Shields, who are in second place with games in hand on Team Northumbria, are at home to Alnwick, and they are without suspended full back Paul Gordon, but striker Dean Holmes returns.
Northallerton, who have won their last three league games, are at home to Brandon, and they will be without striker Peter Bulmer, but Danny Shoulder, Martin Butterworth, Stuart Jackson and Steve Cochrane all return. Brandon add youngsters Nick Allen and Jordan Hilder to their squad, while Ian Race and Phil Robinson also return.
Birtley, who are at Thornaby, are without their 17 goal top scorer Danny Smart, but James Allsopp will probably take his place. Midfielder Kevin Dixon is an injury doubt. They also include midfielder Jack Honour, last season’s league young player of the year, from Horden. Former Hartlepool striker Ian Clark and defender Dave Turner both return after suspension for Thornaby.
Darlington RA are at Ryton, and they could be unchanged from the team that beat Thornaby on Boxing Day.
In the other games, Hebburn are at home to Horden, who include seven new signings that manager Bobby Orton has made since Christmas. Whickham face Whitehaven at the Glebe.
