Shildon manager Gary Forrest has signed the league's top scorer as he rebuilds his team for next season.
Forrest has signed Warren Byrne for the second time, on this occasion from Newton Aycliffe for whom he scored 44 league goals last season.
Also arriving are striker Chris McCabe, who was at Blyth last season, midfielder/striker John Toft from Sunderland RCA, defenders Richie Paxton (Newcastle Benfield) and Ben Christianson (Bedlington), midfielder Steven Baptiste (Gateshead), Leon Scott (Whitby) and Ross Gardner.
The Railwaymen have lost three players through the exit door to Spennymoor -- Sam Garvie, Bobby Moore and Jamie Harwood.
