The chances of an all EBAC Northern League final in the Vase at Wembley have reduced after two clubs were drawn together for the fourth round.
Even though the draw appears to be roughly a north/split from Birmingham upwards with 14 clubs in the northern area, North Shields have been drawn at home to Consett for a place in the last sixteen.
Dunston, the other ENL club definitely through, have been drawn away to Heanor Town from the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.
If Shildon win their game tonight at Shaw Lane Aquaforce, then they will be away to Walsall Wood.
The draw as it affects the north east is; North Shields v Consett, Heanor Town v Dunston UTS, Walsall Wood v Shildon or Shaw Lane Aquaforce.
Games to be played January 17th
