BARRY ROBSON has returned from a three-match suspension to line up for Middlesbrough in tonight's Championship fixture at Ipswich Town.

Robson, sent off in the defeat to Leeds earlier this month, has been instantly recalled following Saturday's draw with Bristol City.

The Scotland international looks set to play in behind a front two of Marvin Emnes and Adam Hammill, with Lukas Jutkiewicz and Bart Ogbeche among those to have been left out.

There is also no place in the starting line-up for either Kevin Thomson or Merouane Zemmama, who both started against City.

Robson, Emnes, Julio Arca and Richie Smallwood all return to the team as Boro boss Tony Mowbray tries to strengthen hopes of a play-off place.

Ipswich, with just two defeats from their last 11 games, provide the opposition in an encounter which had to be abandoned due to a frozen pitch when it was originally scheduled on February 11.
