SEASON tickets at Hartlepool United for the new campaign in League One will cost a maximum of £150.
Pools launched the innovative offer in May that meant if they sold 4,000 season tickets, they would cost £100.
After selling almost 3,000 by close of business on Monday - a level that would mean they were available for £200 - Pools reviewed the scheme and further reduced the cost.
They needed to sell 3,500 to make them available for £150 - but now that price has been set for every ticket sold up to 4,000.
With a large number of individuals waiting to see if Pools get close to the 4,000 mark before committing themselves, Pools have reduced the possible outlay.
Supporters must pay their £100 up front and if the 4,000 mark isn't met, then a further £50 will be needed for the ticket.
Chief executive Russ Green said: "The response so far has been fantastic, but we want to hit the 4,000 mark.
"We have taken on board comments by fans and sponsors and agree that the offer is a fantastic one.
"Now, to help us push to the 4,000 mark, we will guarantee that every fan who has purchased a season ticket or does get one before July 15 will pay a maximum £150.
"We feel this ground-breaking offer is even more attractive and season tickets are on sale a price which is half of last year's. Again this shows the club's committment to fill the stadium.''
All under-19 tickets are £50 each - £2.20 a match and the £150 offer means it is £6.50 a game for adults.
