MIDDLESBROUGH'S home game with Birmingham City has been put back 24 hours to Sunday, August 21.

Birmingham have a Europa League game on the previous Thursday, so their trip to the Riverside has been delayed by a day.

Meanwhile, the kick-off time of the return fixture at St Andrew's has also changed.

The game at Birmingham on Saturday, March 17 will now kick-off at 1pm after a request from West Midlands Police.

Birmingham's rivals, Aston Villa, also have a home game on the same day.
