KEVIN NOLAN has completed his move from Newcastle United to West Ham after successfully passing a medical and agreeing terms.
The 28-year-old has signed a five-year contract - which was what he had been demanding at St James' Park - after the Magpies accepted an offer believed to be worth up to £4m.
Nolan teams up with former Newcastle boss Sam Allardyce again after the pair worked together for ten years at Bolton.
His departure from Newcastle leaves manager Alan Pardew desperately searching for new players capable of replacing the 19 goals he has scored in the last two years.
Nolan will now take over the captaincy at Upton Park while the team-mates he leaves behind are left to wonder what the future holds on Tyneside.
