ALAN PARDEW has made four changes to the Newcastle United team for tonight's FA Cup third round tie at League Two's Stevenage.
Goalkeeper Tim Krul replaces Steve Harper, while Pardew has also brought in Alan Smith, James Perch and Wayne Routledge at Broadhall Way.
Cheik Tiote has been rested, while Jose Enrique and Jonas Gutierrez have not even made the bench after sustaining knocks in the 5-0 midweek win over West Ham.
STEVENAGE (4-5-1): Day; Henry, Ashton, Roberts, Laird; Wilson, Mousinho, Bostwick, Long, Winn; Beardsley. Subs: Bayes, Foster, Griffin, Obubade, May, Bridges, Sinclair.
NEWCASTLE UNITED (4-4-2): Krul; Simpson, Coloccini, Williamson, Perch; Routledge, Nolan, Smith, Barton; Lovenkrands, Best. Subs: Guthrie, Tiote, Kadar, Ranger, Ferguson, Soderberg, Airey.
