ADAM Johnson is included in Middlesbrough's starting line-up for this afternoon's Championship home game with Bristol City.
The winger is the subject of a £5m bid from Manchester City, and his future remains in doubt ahead of Monday's transfer window.
But Gordon Strachan has opted to field him in a match that could yet represent his final outing for the Teessiders.
Strachan has made two changes to the side that won 4-1 at Doncaster on Tuesday night, with Barry Robson and Leroy Lita replacing Julio Arca and Jonathan Franks.
