WITH the entire morning session having been rained off, Durham County Cricket Club have offered all spectators who had tickets for today's play a complimentary ticket for any of the remaining three days of the npower Test Match between England and the West Indies .

To claim a complimentary ticket, supporters should visit the box office outside Riverside and present their ticket, which will be returned to them.

A complimentary ticket can be claimed either today or on arrival for any of the remaining days of the Test match.

However, if fans want to claim a ticket for Saturday, they are advised to do so today due to the limited availability of tickets.

If ten overs or less are played today, a full refund will also be issued for the face value of a ticket.

If 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs are played today, a 50 per cent refund will be issued for the face value of a ticket.

Refunds are subject to a £1.40 administration charge per application, and to claim a refund, spectators should send their ticket to the address printed on the back within 28 days.

Durham County Cricket Club chief executive David Harker said: "Obviously we are disappointed that the rain has prevented any play this morning.

"We would like to offer the spectators that have missed out today the opportunity to come along on any of the remaining days of the npower Test Match as a gesture of goodwill.

"We hope that they can take advantage of the offer and help us support England for the rest of the match."
