Joel Porter has confirmed that Saturday's game with Leeds United will be his last outing for Hartlepool United at Victoria Park.
The Australian, Pools' top scorer this season with 23 goals, has agreed a three-year deal with Gold Coast United and will return to his homeland when his current contract expires at the end of the season.
In an interview in the matchday programme, Porter admitted: "It will be a little bit weird, but I'm looking forward to my last match at Victoria Park. It's an important game for us and personally I want to put on a good show in my last home game for the club.
"It would be a great send off for me and my family if I can contribute to the game.''
The 30-year-old, a shoe-in for the player of the year award, has 65 goals in 208 outings for the club since making his debut in 2003.
The full interview is featured in Saturday's match programme, priced at £2.50.
