REGIS Le Bris has made three changes to his Sunderland team at Preston - including a couple of attacking surprises.

Aaron Connolly and Tommy Watson are both in for their full Sunderland debuts, replacing Patrick Roberts and Romaine Mundle in attack. Wilson Isidor retains his place in the side, but looks set to start on the left flank.

Chris Rigg is back in the team in place of the suspended Jobe Bellingham, with Alan Browne keeping his place in the side for his first return to Deepdale, as promised by Le Bris.

With Anthony Patterson still unavailable, Simon Moore continues in goal. Dan Ballard is back in the squad for the first time since the win over Middlesbrough in September but has to settle for a place on the bench.
