SEAN LONGSTAFF and Joe Willock start for Newcastle United in today's Premier League game against Arsenal - but there is no place for Sandro Tonali in the Magpies' starting side.

Longstaff and Willock will form a central-midfield trio with Bruno Guimaraes, with Joelinton set to play in the same advanced attacking role down the left he filled in Wednesday's Carabao Cup win over Chelsea.

With Joelinton expected to start on the left, Anthony Gordon will continue on the right-hand side, with Alexander Isak passed fit to start as the central striker.

Dan Burn gets the nod to start alongside Fabian Schar at centre-half, with Lloyd Kelly dropping back down to the bench despite impressing in the League Cup victory.

Tonali is also on the bench, alongside Harvey Barnes and Miguel Almiron, who also drop out of the team that started last weekend's league defeat at Stamford Bridge.
