MICHAEL Carrick has made one change to his Middlesbrough team at Norwich City, with Anfernee Dijksteel replacing Luke Ayling at right-back.

It's the first time this season Ayling has been dropped for a Championship game, with Dijksteel - who turns 28 today - making his fourth league start of the season.

That's the only change for Boro, with Carrick again opting to leave out Emmanuel Latte Lath, despite the striker coming off the bench to end his 10-game run without a goal with the winner against Sheffield United in midweek.

That means Tommy Conway will again lead the line for the visitors, with Ben Doak, Finn Azaz and Riley McGree again providing the support.

Hayden Hackney and Aidan Morris start in midfield, with Jonny Howson, returning to his former club, again on the bench.

George Edmundson keeps his place in the backline ahead of Matt Clarke after an excellent display against the Blades.

There's no Marcus Forss or Dael Fry in the squad after the pair played for the Under-21s on Friday night.
