SANDRO Tonali is in the starting XI for Newcastle United on his return to action after his 10-month betting ban.
Tonali has been named in an extremely strong team at Nottingham Forest, with Eddie Howe backing up his pre-match vow that he's taking the Carabao Cup seriously.
Nick Pope starts in goal, with Kieran Trippier, Emil Krafth, Dan Burn and Lewis Hall in defence.
Tonali is joined by Joe Willock and Joelinton in midfield, with Harvey Barnes and Miguel Almiron supporting Alexander Isak.
Trippier will captain Newcastle, who have Bruno Guimaraes, Anthony Gordon and Tino Livramento among the substitutes.
Nuno Espirito Santo has made 10 changes to his side, with four debutants included.
