REGIS Le Bris has been forced to make one change to his Sunderland team for today's game against Sheffield Wednesday with Alan Browne missing out through injury.

Chris Rigg comes into the side on the back of his impressive midweek display at Preston.

Sunderland are otherwise unchanged, with Eliezer Mayenda again leading the line. Leo Hjelde comes into the squad having missed last week's opener at Cardiff City.

Ian Poveda is again absent as the summer signing continues to get up to speed.

Sunderland summer striker target Ike Ugbo is on the bench for Wednesday, who beat Plymouth 4-0 on the opening weekend.
