TINO LIVRAMENTO returns to Newcastle United's starting side for this afternoon's Premier League game with West Ham - but there is no place in the squad for Kieran Trippier.
Livramento has been passed fit to return to the Magpies' line-up after recovering from the injury issue that kept him out of the FA Cup defeat at Manchester City that preceded the international break.
However, while Eddie Howe had hinted yesterday that Trippier was also close to recovering full fitness, the England international does not feature in today's matchday squad.
Livramento's return for the injured Sven Botman is the only change to the side that started at the Etihad in the FA Cup a fortnight ago.
Newcastle played with five at the back at the Etihad Stadium, but Howe's side will revert to a flat back four this afternoon.
Sean Longstaff and Joe Willock will play on either side of Bruno Guimaraes in midfield, with Jacob Murphy and Anthony Gordon flanking Alexander Isak in attack.
NEWCASTLE (4-3-3): Dubravka; Livramento, Lascelles, Schar, Burn; Longstaff, Guimaraes, Willock; Murphy, Isak, Gordon.
Subs: Karius (gk), Dummett, Ritchie, Barnes, Krafth, Hall Almiron, Anderson, White.
WEST HAM (4-2-3-1): Areola; Coufal, Mavropanos, Zouma, Emerson; Ward-Prowse, Soucek; Bowen, Paqueta, Kudus; Antonio.
Subs: Fabianski (gk), Cresswell, Ogbonna, Johnson, Phillips, Earthy, Mubama, Cornet, Ings.
