MICHAEL Carrick has made one change to his Middlesbrough team at Plymouth from the last Championship game against Stoke, with Hayden Hackney replacing Dan Barlaser in midfield.
Morgan Rogers, Sammy Silvera and Anfernee Dijksteel were among those to impress in the midweek cup win at Exeter, but Carrick has reverted back to the team that started against Stoke, other than bringing Hackney back into the midfield. He was suspended for last week's game.
It means Rav van den Berg, Dael Fry, Paddy McNair and Lukas Engel make up the defence, with Hackney partnering Jonny Howson in midfield.
Isaiah Jones will start on the right, Sam Greenwood the left, Matt Crooks as No.10 and Josh Coburn leads the line.
Marcus Forss, Darragh Lenihan and Riley McGree are again missing through injury.
