ALEX Pritchard is the Sunderland player who has picked up an injury, with the midfielder replaced by Abdoullah Ba in the team for tonight's game against Watford.
Tony Mowbray confirmed in his pre-match press conference that he'd be forced into one change after an injury blow, but at that stage wouldn't reveal which player was sidelined.
The team has now been confirmed, with Ba for Pritchard the only change to the XI that started against Sheffield Wednesday last time out. Mowbray suggested ahead of the game that the injured player - who we now know to be Pritchard - has a chance of being available for Saturday's game against Boro.
With Ba coming into the side, Jewison Bennette returns to the bench for Sunderland.
Valerien Ismael has made two changes to his Watford team, with Giorgi Chakvetadze and Tom Ince replacing Mileta Rajovic and Yaser Asprilla.
