SUNDERLAND have completed the signing of Dutch defender Jenson Seelt from PSV Eindhoven.
The Black Cats have reached an agreement with PSV for the permanent transfer of the 20-year-old centre-half, and have also agreed personal terms with Seelt and his representatives.
Seelt will travel to the North-East this weekend in order to undergo a medical and finalise his move to the Stadium of Light, which is set to see him sign a five-year contract.

See you soon, Jenson! 👊
The youngster joined PSV in 2017 after starting his career in the youth ranks at NEC Nijmegen.
He made 33 appearances for Jong PSV, which is the Eindhoven-based club's second-string team, in the Eerste Divisie, which is the Dutch second tier, last season.
He was also named in PSV's senior squad on nine occasions last term, although he did not make a first-team appearance for the club.
A Sunderland statement said: "Sunderland AFC have reached an agreement with PSV Eindhoven for the transfer of Jenson Seelt.
"Personal terms have been agreed with the 20-year-old centre back, who will travel to the North-East this week to undergo a medical and finalise a move to the Stadium of Light. The transfer is also subject to international clearance."
Seelt is the second young defender to join Sunderland this summer, following the earlier capture of Australian Nectarios Triantis from A-League side Central Coast Mariners.
While the pair remain at a formative stage of their development, their signings are likely to herald the departure of Bailey Wright, who has entered the final year of his current contract at Sunderland.
Wright spent the second half of last season on loan at Rotherham United, and the Millers are keen to re-sign him on a permanent basis.
