Newcastle United play their final game of the Premier League season when they take on Chelsea on Sunday.

Here are all the details you need to know about the game…

WHERE IS THE GAME TAKING PLACE?

Having played their final home game of the campaign on Monday evening, when their goalless draw with Leicester City guaranteed Champions League qualification, Newcastle round off the season with a trip to Stamford Bridge.

The Magpies will be attempting to complete a league double over Chelsea for the first time since 1987 after Joe Willock’s second-half strike secured a 1-0 win at St James’ Park in mid-November.

Newcastle will have to overcome a dreadful recent record at Stamford Bridge if they are to triumph on Sunday though. The Magpies have lost their last ten away games against Chelsea, scoring just three goals in all of those matches. Their last win at Chelsea’s home ground came courtesy of two wonder-strikes from Papiss Cisse in May 2012.

WHAT TIME IS KICK-OFF?

Like the rest of the final-day Premier League programme, Sunday’s game kicks off at 4.30pm.

ARE TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE?

No – all of the tickets for the Newcastle section at Stamford Bridge are sold out.

The Magpies will be roared on by a travelling contingent of 3,000 fans for their final away game of the campaign.

IS THE GAME BEING TELEVISED OR STREAMED LIVE?

No. Sky Sports are showing two games live on Sunday – Leicester City vs West Ham and Everton vs Bournemouth – while BT Sport will be providing live coverage of Leeds United vs Tottenham. Newcastle’s final game will not be televised live.

There will be no domestic streaming available for the game.

Radio commentary will be available on BBC Radio Newcastle, and Scott Wilson will be at Stamford Bridge for The Northern Echo producing a live blog, report, ratings, reaction and analysis that will be available on The Northern Echo’s website.

WHAT IS NEWCASTLE’S LIKELY LINE-UP?

With a Champions League place guaranteed, Eddie Howe has the option of making a number of changes for Newcastle’s final game of the campaign.

Nick Pope is unavailable after undergoing hand surgery this week, meaning Martin Dubravka is set to start in what could well be his final appearance for the Magpies.

Joe Willock remains unavailable, and Joelinton is unlikely to be risked after the after-effects of a knock sustained in the win over Brighton forced him to pull out during the warm-up ahead of Monday’s draw with Leicester.

Youngsters Lewis Miley and Harrison Ashby were unused substitutes against the Foxes, but the pair could well be handed a first-team debut from the bench on Sunday.

Newcastle (probable, 4-3-3): Dubravka; Trippier, Schar, Botman, Burn; Longstaff, Guimaraes, Anderson; Almiron, Wilson, Isak.

HOW ARE CHELSEA SHAPING UP?

Chelsea have endured a miserable campaign, and Frank Lampard and his players will no doubt be desperate for the season to finally come to an end.

The Blues are currently sitting in 12th position in the table, and won just one of their previous 12 matches prior to Thursday evening’s game at Manchester United.

Benoit Badiashile is unavailable for Sunday’s game because of a hamstring injury, but forward Joao Felix should be available.

Ben Chilwell, Reece James and Mason Mount are all long-term absentees, and none of the trio are expected to be in the squad to face Newcastle.

Chelsea (probable, 3-5-2): Arrizabalaga; Fofana, Silva, Chalobah; Azpilicueta, Fernandez, Gallagher, Loftus-Cheek, Hall; Havertz, Sterling.
