DARLINGTON and Spennymoor Town both missed out on a place in the National League North play-offs despite claiming victories on the final day of the season.
Darlington were 1-0 winners at Peterborough Sports, while Spennymoor beat Farsley Celtic 2-1, but neither side were able to force their way into the play-off positions.
Quakers' 1-0 victory over Peterborough at Kettering was achieved courtesy of Jacob Hazel's 21st goal of the campaign.
The forward brought the ball down on the edge of the box in the 67th minute and swivelled neatly before firing a left-footed shot past the Peterborough goalkeeper.
Spennymoor's final game of the season saw them beat Farsley 2-1 at the Brewery Field.
However, the rest of today's results meant neither Darlington, who finished tenth, nor Spennymoor, who ended up ninth, were able to force their way into the play-off positions in the final standings.
Gloucester finished the season in the final play-off position, with AFC Fylde ending up on top of the table and claiming the league title.
