Tony Mowbray has made one change to his Sunderland team for today's game at Hull City, with Jack Clarke replacing Alex Pritchard.

Pritchard misses out with a minor calf strain.

Ross Stewart and Dan Ballard both return to the squad as substitutes. Both last featured for the Black Cats in August.

Jewison Bennette also returns to the squad for the first time since featuring for Costa Rica in the World Cup.

Liam Rosenior made three changes to his Hull City side from the XI that started against Watford last time out.
