SUNDERLAND return to Championship action tonight when they make the trip to Sheffield United (Wednesday 17 August).
Here are all the details ahead of the game...
WHERE IS THE GAME TAKING PLACE?
Wednesday's game will be played at Bramall Lane, home of Sheffield United.
The last time the two teams met at the Blades home ground was in 2019. The Black Cats lost 1-0 in the EFL Cup.
WHEN DOES THE GAME KICK-OFF?
The game kicks off at 7:45pm.
CAN I STILL GET TICKETS?
Tickets are no longer on sale from the SAFC website but for those who have purchased tickets, they are being distributed through the post. Tickets are still available on Sheffield United's website with prices starting at £31 for adults, £20 for concessions, £14 for juniors.
CAN I STREAM THE GAME LIVE?
The game has been selected for domestic broadcast coverage on Sky Sports and will therefore not be available via SAFSee.
Highlights of the game will be published on the Sky Sports app.
Chief Sports Writer Scott Wilson will be in press box at Bramall Lane for Wednesday's game and will be providing live coverage via a blog on The Northern Echo website, as well as a post-match report, ratings and reaction.
HOW ARE SUNDERLAND LIKELY TO LINE UP?
Alex Neil will be forced into one change following the news of Dan Ballard suffering from a fractured foot in the weekend's draw with Queens Park Rangers.
Carl Winchester is also set for a prolonged spell out after suffering from a back injury.
Sunderland (probable 3-5-2): Patterson; O'Nien, Batth, Cirkin; Gooch, Evans, Neil, Pritchard, Clarke; Simms, Stewart
