MATT Crooks is set to return to the Middlesbrough side for Tuesday night’s FA Cup tie against Tottenham Hotspur.
The 28-year-old has missed the last two games due to suspension. He picked up his tenth yellow card of the season in their 2-1 defeat to Bristol City.
Crooks has been a mainstay in the side this season and has featured 32 times in all competitions. He is the club’s top scorer this season with nine from midfield.
Chris Wilder’s side take on Antonio Conte’s team in the fifth round of the competition in front of a sell-out crowd at the Riverside Stadium.
Boro are hopeful Riley McGree will also be available after missing the 3-2 defeat to Barnsley with a calf injury.
