The Boxing Day game between Spennymoor Town and Darlington will be all-ticket.
There will be 2,000 tickets available to Spennymoor supporters for the game at the Brewery Field, initially distributed to season ticket holders, while Quakers will have 600 tickets.
There will be no cash sales on the day.
A statement published by Moors read: “Spennymoor Town Football Club has always maintained that safety of players, staff and supporters is the number one priority.
“At the start of the season, the club set out plans with Police and Public Health to ensure that where practicable, we minimised risks to supporters.
“The club has operated under capacity throughout the season, and following high profile friendlies and the recent game with Gateshead, along with feedback from supporters, a decision has been to make our home fixture with Darlington an all-ticket fixture.
“The decision to limit the number of tickets allocated to both home and away fans has been made based on where we are with the COVID Pandemic and the safety and comfort of all supporters.
Darlington have to yet to state how they will allocate their tickets to fans.
The sides also meet at Blackwell Meadows on New Year’s Day but that fixture will not be all-ticket.
The match at Boxing Day will be the first time Quakers have visited the Brewery Field since New Year’s Day 2020.
