SPENNYMOOR Town have completed the signing of Grimsby Town midfielder Luke Spokes on a three month loan.
The 21-year-old has featured 20 times in all competitions for the National League side and scored one goal.
He’s also had a loan spell with National League North side Boston United earlier this season.
Spokes goes straight into the squad for Moors game this weekend against Gateshead.
Manager Tommy Miller said: “Luke has Football League experience and will add to our midfield options over the next three months.
“I would like to thank Paul Hurst for allowing him to join us and we wish him all the best for his time at The Brewery Field.”
Spokes becomes the third new signing in less than three weeks after the loan arrivals of Bradford City defender Jorge Sikora and Sunderland full-back Kenton Richardson.
