SUNDERLAND LADIES have announced their official retained list ahead of the 2021-22 Women's Championship campaign.
Captain Keira Ramshaw and midfielder Maria Farrugia have committed their futures to the club, penning one-year deals, while defender Charlotte Potts has returned to Wearside after leaving Hibernian Women.
Youngsters Libby Corney and Abby Towers, who featured in several friendlies for the Lady Black Cats towards the end of last season, have joined Alnwick Town Ladies and Middlesbrough Women respectively.
The following Sunderland Ladies players are retained under contract:
Abbey Joice, Allison Cowling, Claudia Moan, Emily Hutchinson, Emily Scarr, Eve Blakey, Faye Mullen, Grace McCatty, Holly Manders, Jess Brown, Kiera Ramshaw, Libbi McInnes, Louise Griffiths, Maria Farrugia, Megan Beer, Neve Herron.
