MIDDLESBROUGH have agreed a loan deal for Fulham midfielder Neeskens Kebano - and are confident of being able to complete the formalities of the transfer ahead of tonight's deadline.
With a deal having also been agreed for free agent Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, Kebano's arrival completes an extremely successful deadline-day for the Teessiders.
A 28-year-old central midfielder, who is a full international with DR Congo, Kebano began his career with Paris St Germain before also spending time with Charleroi and Genk.
He joined Fulham in the summer of 2016 and has made 99 senior appearances for the Cottagers.
He was an influential performer under Scott Parker last season, scoring in both legs of Fulham's play-off semi-final win over Cardiff.
However, he has struggled for game time this season, making just five Premier League appearances.
He was given the green light to join Boro on loan earlier today, and becomes Neil Warnock's fourth signing of the transfer window following Yannick Bolasie, Darnell Fisher and Mendez-Laing.
