NEWCASTLE UNITED'S FA Cup quarter-final with Manchester City is set to be played under the floodlights at 7pm on Saturday, March 21.
The last-eight tie at St James' Park will be broadcast live on BBC and will mean two of the Magpies' fixtures having to be rescheduled.
Aston Villa's visit to St James' in the Premier League scheduled for that date will now be rearranged.
And due to the FA Cup semi-finals likely to take place on the April 18, Newcastle's trip to the Etihad to face City, which was scheduled for that date, will also have to be rearranged.
The winners of the Newcastle and Manchester City quarter-final match-up will play at Wembley in the last four on that April weekend.
