Richmondshire are third in the Darlington Building Society NYSD ECB Premier League, just four points behind the leaders Barnard Castle and are at home to Billingham Synthonia. The Dalesmen are unchanged and the visitors make one enforced change. Martin Cull is missing, so Mark Price replaces him.
Synners skipper Danny Phillips said: “This is a really tough game, but we are looking to build on our first victory of the season and test ourselves against an excellent team.”
Darlington travel to unbeaten Marton who are second, following three wins and a draw. They are unchanged and skipper Alex Wardell commented: “We batted very well against Boro last weekend and picked up the 25 points, and we are now looking to carry on our early season good form.”
Quakers’ official Garry Moody said: “We are also unchanged and stick with the same team as last week, but certainly need to improve against a tough Marton side.”
Barnard Castle travel to Marske who have had back to back wins.
Skipper John Quinn said: “We are looking to bounce back after two disappointing performances last weekend in the league and national cup. No doubt it’ll be a tough game, but we need to raise our standards and do the basics well, to ensure we come away with a positive result.”

In the Dukes ECB North East Premier League, Sacriston face Chester-le-Street at home. Daniel Anderson returns after work commitments, and Jonny Bushnell and Mel Betts also return, in place of Chris McBride, Nathan Bushnell and Will Gidman.
Cestrians skipper John Coxon said: “We were disappointed not to get over the line against Eppleton last week, but they deserve credit for putting us under pressure early in the game. We are looking forward to visiting Sacriston, who are very dangerous, particularly at home. All of the batters are very keen to get some big runs after some difficult conditions to deal with in the first few weeks!”
Hetton Lyons host Newcastle and skipper Jonathan Malkin said: “Stu Poynter and our new overseas player Ryan Clark, come into the team this week. Hopefully we can make it back to back wins, following last weekend’s good result.”
In the Northumberland and Tyneside Cricket League, Lanchester are unchanged against Lintz.
Annfield Plain are at Newcastle City and vice-captain David Baxter said: “We have two changes with Saqib Khan and David Newstead coming in for Andrew Weightman and John Newstead. We are hoping to put last week’s disappointing result behind us and get back to winning ways.”
In Division Two, Leadgate visit Greenside in fourth. Skipper Gary Innes is missing and Elliott Brown debuts.
Greenside skipper Andrew King said: “Anthony Scott and Raion Karan are absent, with Paul Brown and Darren Stephenson in. The side continues to tick over nicely, and we are relatively happy with the current fourth place in the league, at this stage.”
Readers Durham Cricket League leaders Easington host Horden and skipper Jason Moses said: “After last week's rain affected draw, there is just one change, as Brad Davies returns at the expense of Chris Robson. We have made a good start and we need to keep it going, match by match.”
Tudhoe entertain Esh Winning at St Charles Road, with both teams having won one, lost one and had a losing draw each. Esh have a five-point lead over their opponents.
