How did the players fare in Sunderland's 1-0 win over Bradford?

SUNDERLAND (4-2-3-1):

5 McLaughlin: Was extremely fortunate to get himself out of jail after he allowed Payne’s long-range shot to squirm out of his grasp

8 O’NIEN: Has been asked to fill in at right-back in the last two games, and looks like a complete natural in the position

6 Flanagan: Might well have been sent off after he tangled with Knight-Percival, but dug in well as Bradford pressed late on

6 Baldwin: Dominated his opponents in the first half, but found himself forced onto the back foot in the second period

7 Oviedo: Got the nod ahead of James at left-back and created problems as he surged forward to deliver from the flank

7 Cattermole: Ran the game in the first half and made some important challenges to thwart attempted Bradford breaks

6 Power: Might have conceded a penalty when it appeared as though he had fouled Ball, but worked away tirelessly at the heart of midfield

6 Gooch: Wasn’t at his most effective playing on the right, but caused an occasional problem when he burst forward

6 Maguire: As lively as ever as he harassed opponents in the final third, but didn’t really find himself in a goalscoring position

7 McGeady: Took his goal superbly to continue a rich vein of goalscoring form and continues to look a cut above at this level

6 Maja: Displayed some excellent touches in the first half, but wasn’t quite able to test O’Donnell as he would have liked
