Hartlepool United's Victoria Park is likely to be the venue where new Newcastle boss Sam Allardyce takes control for the first time.
Pools will meet the Magpies in a pre-season friendly on Tuesday, July 17 (7.30pm) Ticket details are yet to be confirmed.
