NEWCASTLE United will face Belgian side Zulte Waregem in the first knockout round of the UEFA Cup.
The first leg will be played in Belgium on February 14 or 15, with the return taking place at St James Park a week later.
Zulte Waregem were formed in 2001, after a merger of Zultse VV and KSV Waregem. They won the 2004-05 second division, gaining promotion to the Jupiler League.
Last season they won the Belgian cup and are currently mid-table in the Jupiler League, with 18 points from 16 games.
