LIBERAL DEMOCRAT leader Nick Clegg has apologised to the nation that his party has failed to deliver on pledges it made at the last General Election.
The underlying problem, however, has been a failure to identify who they were entering power in coalition with.
The Lib Dems have failed to understand that Conservative governments do not like public services.
They have overlooked the very nature of the Conservative Party, where we have subsequently seen an MP help cover up police failings in the Hillsborough disaster and the Chief Whip verbally abuse police when he didn’t get his way.
These Lib Dem failings have effectively left the Conservatives running the country – and badly at that.
Due to adverse circumstances, I have to rely on public transport to commute to and from work.
I do hope that I will still be able to do so after the bus changes coming up at the end of October.
