AFTER many weeks of worry, as to the whereabouts of our beautiful butterflies – suddenly red admirals, peacocks and cabbage whites are covering the deep purple buddleia in my garden.
Fantastic – nature has triumphed once again.
But we shouldn’t be too complacent, as J Davis, from Northallerton , wrote pesticides that are harmful to butterflies are still availaible in shops and supermarkets (HAS, Aug 6).
Surely this must have some impact upon these lovely creatures.
