HOW ironic that presidential candidate Herman Caine was perplexed when asked about Libya. His country had been bombing it but Mr Caine had no idea whether he was in favour or not.
Then, again, George Bush didn’t even know where Pakistan was.
Presumably, they don’t have geography lessons in America?
Or alternatively, presidential candidates have learning difficulties?
