AFTER David Cameron suggested workers take their children to work if they are affected by next week’s public sector strike, I wish I had written a book about all his mistakes.

The real showstopper was at Prime Minister’s Questions when he was asked about his earlier statement that the Army’s generals should stick to doing the fighting and he would do the talking.

His reply was: “The point I was making was that people should think before they speak.”
