THE Borough of Newham has the highest unemployment rate in London at 13.7 per cent.
Tottenham has a rate 8.9 per cent and, according to the local MP has only 150 jobs in it's local JobCentre.
Last week in Parliament, David Cameron was asked what he was going to do to ease the situation.
His reply - for unemployed Londoners to up sticks and move around the country to find work was exactly what the Prime Minister suggested those in the North-East should do.
Things must be getting bad if Londoners are now being told to "Get on your bike".
Perhaps out-of-work Londoners can meet up halfway with out- of- work Northerners for tips on where next to go in the quest to find work?
I hear there are plenty of jobs in jeopardy. Can anyone supply us with a map?
