I HAVE taken up further complaints about the condition of some local buses which run between Durham and Bishop Auckland.
Arriva has notified me that the first two new buses have arrived at its depot and another 18 new buses should arrive in the next two months to improve the local situation.
I would like to thank the Arriva management for being so helpful.
