I WOULD just like to say a big thank-you to the very kind people who helped my mother on Wednesday, June 22, when her mobility scooter overturned on Haughton Road near Albert Hill, in Darlington.
Several people stopped to pick her and her scooter up and make sure she was safe. Some even offered to take her home.
At the time she was very shaken and is very upset that she didn’t thank the people who helped her.
So my mum and all our family would just like to say thanks very much for helping her.
Anne-Marie Ferguson, Middlesex.
