I HAD reason to visit Lloyds TSB in Durham Market Place.
I am an amputee and, therefore, need a wheelchair.
I felt humiliated when my daughter informed me that I could not do my transaction as I was unable to get to the counter because there was no ramp on the steps.
I had to do my banking in full view of passers-by.
Shame on Durham County Council.
