JUSTICE Secretary Kenneth Clarke needs to keep quiet about a very delicate subject such a rape.
Clearly, he doesn’t know what he is talking about.
As Ed Miliband said: “All rapes, no matter what circumstances they are committed in, should all be prosecuted”, which I entirely agree with.
These same rapists, when they are caught and sentenced, should serve their full prison sentence, and not have it reduced.

IT’S time Ken Clarke stepped down or retired.
He makes a terrible blunders then apologises afterwards to the public. He is another Gordon Brown – a politician who will not listen to the people.
You could not pick a worse person to do the job.
