I WOULD like to know why so many old buses are now in service.
The choking exhaust fumes they produce are terrible, to say the least.
There is no comparison between cigarette smoke and the smell of these old relics.
We are going to have a town filled with people suffering lung disease, or does health and safety not apply to Darlington?
Perhaps the council could give this matter some attention and let us have a clean and healthy town once more, free from all these deadly fumes.
A new bus station should be top priority because a lot of the pedestrians are dicing with death.
Name and address supplied.
