CAN someone who does it possibly provide an answer to the following query: why do some car drivers persist in travelling around with their front fog lights switched on when it is not foggy and visibility is good, either without or in addition to dipped headlights?
Do they not realise that in conditions of good visibility they can dazzle oncoming drivers and that they are committing a motoring offence. Unfortunately, this practice appears to be becoming more widespread.
