I WAS totally opposed to the BBC’s decision to allow BNP leader Nick Griffin to take part in Question Time. I believe the decision has backfired and, unfortunately, given the BNP far too much publicity.
Having said this, I did watch the programme and thought that Mr Griffin made a complete and utter fool of himself.
I find it hard to believe that people have sympathy for a man who demands he is allowed on such programmes and then, when he is given the opportunity and shows himself up, has the audacity to claim he was bullied by the panel and audience.
This was not the case. Mr Griffin proved he is a totally incompetent politician who couldn’t defend his party’s evil politics and ultimately showed his true racist and fascist colours.
