I’M a great believer in the old saying that what goes around comes around. So what’s all the fuss about Scottish & Newcastle Breweries changing the brewing site of Newcastle Brown Ale to Tadcaster? (Echo, Oct 14) Did Scottish Newcastle Breweries, when they were based in Newcastle, think about the other breweries they bought out and closed – Drybroughs, Mathew Browns and Federation Brewery are just the ones I can think of – there will be more.
So what goes around comes around.
