FOR many years the Richmond constituency has benefited from William Hague’s after-dinner speeches and presence at various other events – free of charge. His integrity has been beyond question.
However, I am delighted to read that he intends to concentrate his considerable powers on preparing for the General Election, as are his many supporters.
I hope that this is a sign that he will be considering standing as a future prime minister.
